Class LoadFreshness
Scoped freshness policy for data loads, derived from the browser gesture that created the scope.
A reload (F5) revalidates data older than itself, a hard reload (Ctrl+F5) bypasses the cache, and
ordinary navigation accepts stale data. The gesture is read from the document request's
Cache-Control header during prerendering and carried to the interactive scope through
persisted state, where it applies until the router first navigates in-app; a reload's timestamp
keeps revalidating older data for the life of the scope.
